In the darkness, he swam sabotage  missions against ships and bridges in the Mediterranean and the Oder. Walter  Lewandowski experienced what was probably one of the most extraordinary training  courses in the German armed forces, he received several awards and gives a detailed  account of his career in „Lehrkommando 700“ and „Einsatzgruppe Keller“. As a Silesian,  he also talks about his old homeland and the search for his family after the war
